Why so little Discussion and Activity in the Group Forums?

Why so little Discussion and Activity in the Group Forums?

Are the Forums new and thus just getting started?

Also, there needs to be some mechanism for easily seeing when there is a new post in a group.

I looked in every Forum and found them all empty at present.

Indeed we are just getting started with the Groups and discussions

Hopefully we will get to a lively Network thanks to the participation of people interested in sharing their ideas, points of view, interrogations etc.

In order to be notified if there is a new post within a particular Group, you may click below a discussion on the link "Subscribe to: Discussion posts in " with the corresponding group. You will then be notified by email (if this is the mode you selected) for every new message posted in this forum

Also, you can change a setting your profile:

  1. go in the top section My profile

  2. click on the right hand link Edit my profile

  3. click on the Immediate notifications settings section to expand the options

  4. tick the Autosubscribe checkbox so you will be automatically subscribed to any thread you create or post a comment to.

Please let me know if you have any other request

It is located in the Groups section

There is no discussion yet in this group, so i invite you and your colleagues to launch a new topic and so forth

Normal forum system such as

Normal forum system such as VBulletin is much easier to use.

This system is not simple, it is hard to see the postings, and there will be too many sub-topics if it continues the same.

Some changes will be good since this system didnt generate a lot of members since January.

Where is Marine group anyway? I think Sailing group should fall under Marine group category.
